At the beginning of July, I teamed up with Laura Dean to make a short film the The 2010 San Francisco Three-Minute Picture Show. It was just a little side project we decided to do, you know, for fun.
We had 30 days to come up with an idea, story board it, build props, shoot and edit it. It was a blast. We had fun just doing it. Needless to say, we were completely blown away…
After 30 days of intense labor, we are pleased to invite you to the premier of our new short film “Home,” at The 2010 San Francisco Three-Minute Picture Show, on August 28, 2010.
30 days is not a long time to prepare, shoot and edit a film, even if it is only a three minute film. In fact, the extremely limited run time can prove to be quite challenging and require some very clever thinking on the part of the film makers.
This will be the first ever microformatsDevCamp. This is an event for authors, designers, publishers, developers and engineers building pages, sites, and tools with microformats, is just around the corner, at Automattic in San Francisco.
This is a fantastic opportunity to come out and mingle with other microformatters, learn what it’s all about and share your ideas. Come out and meet the Object Adjective team. Looking forward to seeing you there.
