Presenting ideas to a client is really at the core of a design firm’s success or failure. How this should be done is an area of much discussion and debate. There are those who prepare and present a number of directions to the client, allowing the client to reflect upon them and choose which they like best. There are others who feel one direction should be presented, with a singular train of thought.
